Refund and Returns Policy
At Diznos, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges for products of equal value. Please see our policy below for details.
Return Eligibility
You can return items within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or a product of equal value. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or replacement items of equal value.
Items not eligible for return include:
- • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- • Intimate or sanitary items
- • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- • Gift cards and downloadable software
- • Certain health and personal care items
Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase when submitting a return request.
Exchange Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, we will process your exchange, and you can select a new item or a product of equal value from our store.
Please allow some time for processing. We will notify you once your new product is shipped.
Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven't received your replacement product within the estimated time, please contact us at info@diznos.com or call us at (321) 405-3122.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@diznos.com for further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you’ll receive store credit for the return. If the gift wasn't marked as such, we will notify the purchaser and process the return to their account.
Shipping Returns
Please send your returns to: Pelican Pointe LLC, 5000 W Midway Rd, 13593 Ft Pierce, FL 34981. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
